REFERRAL

I had my AC fixed, new pump and charge worked for two days and had a pump failure. Called back and had a conversation with Brad about the problem. He went above and beyond to take care of me and my family with zero delay. I can't recommend this shop enough. My family and I were more than comfortable in their beautiful waiting room. As a female it was nice waiting in a shop that was so clean and professional. I've been in lots of shops that smell like the cars they are working on. Not this shop, its extremely well maintained and every single employee is kind and professional. I would never dream of going to another shop after my experience here! Customers for life. Had what I thought was front end trouble. Took it into Serious Fleet and Auto to see what the problem might be. They found that I had the tread peeling off a couple of tires. They said it was lucky I made it to the shop. I left it in their hands and had four new tires put on and picked it up when they were done. I've used them in the past and they've always been straight forward and very thorough. I consider them my go-to shop.
